Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Where a deposit is delayed due to a payment processor issue, please contact support with your transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.

Deposits made using JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed through the respective mobile wallet systems. You must ensure the mobile number linked to your Lucky Pub account matches the wallet you are depositing from. Mismatches may cause delays and additional verification steps.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Lucky Pub aims to process the majority of JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within ten to twenty minutes of approval. Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals are typically completed the same business day.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of claiming. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a bonus of PKR 1,000 means you must wager a total of PKR 20,000 from that bonus balance before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates.
